[WT-support] Time stamp in wtDxTelnet window

I have noticed that the time stamp for incoming spots in the wtDxTelnet
window does not coordinate with "any" time.  It was closest to my local
time (30 minutes behind).

Where is this timestamp coming from?   I tried several different
dxtelent clusters sites and the time was the same on all, so I do not
think it is coming from the specific site.

 I really wish it had a GMT timestamp.
