[WT-support] SO2R mixed mode (RusDX)

Hi guys, 

As a very new win-test user, pse excuse me if I am asking
something vy obvious... 

I wanna use Win-Test in Russian DX contest in Mixed Mode
So2R but can't get it working. Am I doing something wrong
or is it not implemented?
