[WT-support] WT 2.32.1 available

Hello there,

WT 2.32.1 is now available:

2.32.1 (Jun 18, 2006)

- Rate wnd (Alt-R) : Times elapsed since the last bands changes are now
   displayed in the rate wnd. It works for all categories (except M/M
   in which it is irrelevant). Tnx OH4JFN.

- Keyboard mode dlg (Alt-K) : The Escape key aborts transmission if a
   transmission is in progress (as before), but also closes the dlg if
   there is no transmission in progress. Alt-K also closes this dlg in
   all cases. Tnx OH4JFN.

- Bugfix : ARI sezioni : In mixed mode, the sezioni names for numbers
   0001 to 0999 were not displayed in the F10 wnd. Tnx IZ7AUH
