[WT-support] WT 2.32.0 available

Hi,

WT v 2.32.0 is now available. This version comes with two new contest 
supported:

- NRAU Activity Contest (NAC). Tks DL1OJ.
- ARRL Field Day. There is one limitation with the GOTA
   stations which must use a separe log and cannot be networked with the
   other stations. Tks KG4RZY and N1ND.
