[WT-support] Type ahead window

The standard set on a ComPort is CW on DTR line and PTT on RTS line. On the same port you can share the control of the radio via RX-TX line, properly converted from RS232 level to the radio needed level.

          You don't need two ports George. I use a single serial port for rig
          control *and* CW keying. You've also got PTT available if you want it.
