[WT-support] CTY files

Hi all

The WT country files are updated, based on the July 22 release of AD1C.

They are available from our usual download directory :

http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY.DAT
http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY_WT.DAT
http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY_WT_MOD.DAT

Note you can now also download them from Win-Test by using the Options / 
Data files / Country files... dialog.

These files includes (among others) the new Montenegro and Swains Isl 
DXCC entities. See AD1C history file for more details.
