[WT-support] ITU.DTB compiled file

Hi all :)

Larry send following mail:

As a new WT-User I needed some time to get the file working:

  - copy the itu-hq.dtb file from the itu-hq_2006.zip to your WT-Folder
  - if installed, rename your original itu.dtb like itu_org.dtb
  - rename itu-hq.dtb to itu.dtb

Start WT, OE1A should show now 59OVSV, DA0HQ = 59DARC
