[WT-support] RTTY with USB

I have same problem with DX4WIN 702, Microham microkeyer (USB FSK) and 
MMTTY.

My solution was in MMTTY (O)ption Setup tab Misc USB Port Optiion and 
there D Polling and Limiting speed.
