Release information (3.0.6)

- Bugfix: With Kenwood or K2 radios, CW-R was detected as SSB.
   Fixed. Tks DJ1YFK.

- MMTTY is now started only if RTTY is one of the available mode
   according to the Contest Settings. Tks G3BJ.

- Added "Data Files | Country Files" in the "Options" menu. This
   allows to select which CTY file to use (CTY.DAT, CTY_WT.DAT or
   CTY_WT_MOD.DAT). You can have information regarding these various
   files at http://download.win-test.com/databases/READ_ME.TXT

   It is also possible to download the CTY files from the WT website
   directly from the "Country Files" dialog window.

- Bugfix: PARTNER window was not operating correctly in CW. Fixed.
   Tks ES5TV.

- Fixed various problems with FT-1000MP Mark V in mixed mode
   contests. Tks DL6FBL.

- User interface : If WT is minimised or is not the topmost window,
   its icon now blinks in the taskbar when a new gab is received.

- CW - Serial numbers : A custom table can now be used for serial cut
   numbers. See Options / CW / Serial numbers submenu. Tnx ES5TV.

- QSY wizard wnd : The scoring method is now working with all relevant
   contests. Tnx 5B4WN.

- CW auto sending : NOCWAUTO text command added, to be compliant with
   the current syntax of the other text commands.

- Added an CW Auto Sending mode which can be used to send report to
   the station as soon as the operator logged at least 3 or 4
   characters in the callsign field. See in "Options | CW" menu.

   At least one digit must be entered in the callsign field to enable
   the CW Auto Sending Mode.

   Pressing ESC always disables the CW Auto Sending Mode for the current
   QSO.

   F11 always enables it again.

   Character commands associated with: CWAUTOOFF, CWAUTO3, CWAUTO4.

- Added in File menu and Export from V3 to V2 file format. Export to
   the Editest format (a very old MS-DOS logger) is not available
   anymore.
