- Added IC-7000 support.

- The WinKey PTT of the EZMaster does now work as well even when using
   the internal Win-Test CW keyer. Tks OH2UA/CU2A and I4UFH.

- New setting in Options / Spots warnings to get a warning when you're
   spotted.

- Self-spot detector enabled.
