Larry probably forgot to upload it on the server. I uploaded it now (I 
hope that everything is correct with this database, I cannot get 
confirmation by Larry because he is away for one week).

The location is http://download.win-test.com/databases/FOC_MARATHON.ZIP

Just download and unzip this file in the Win-Test working directory 
(usually C:\Program Files\Win-Test).
