[WT-support] WT and MK2R+

Hi Clive,
 
I have tried it and it works OK but there is a problem with the type ahead
facility as W/L would not send the software info to WT when they requested
it.
I guess they see them as a competitor maybe.
However it does key and control the radio OK if you can live with the
inevitable delay this will cause in replying to a CQ etc.
Incidently the CW comes out of the LH connector in WT when it is the RH on
WL.
Normal COM and LPT keying is FB with excellent type ahead anyway in WT but
you will have to go back to the CT keystrokes for the time being as they
have not incorporated ESM yet.
