I never log /QRP; it is not a valid exchange !!!

I personally would remove it.

In terms of logging software, I cannot think of a valid call that might be
longer than IS0/IZ2ABP/P; though I can remember some calls like BY1QH/Own
call. So 12 characters should always be enough!

Ultimately, the cabrillo output file format should define the max length of
the call field (I haven't checked this).   If any logging program has a file
size bigger than the allowed cabrillo format, then it will not conform !
