Oliver,
I finally got WT 2.19.3 to load. What it took was uninstalling WT,
removing the directories and "scrubbing" the registry of all keys
related to WT. Then reloading it again clean made all the difference.

I am not sure what went wrong. I am using a system based on an AMD
Athlon 2X 4800+ (dual-core, 64-bit processor) on Win2003. This is a
VERY fast processor. Who knows?

Now I just need a new registration key and all will be back to normal (I
requested one already from the web page).

Thanks for everyone's help.

Is it Win2K3 server? We have no feedback yet under this version of
windows.

What happens if you open the directory win-test is installed in (usually

C:\Program Files\Win-Test) and the double-click on WT.EXE in that
directory?

Is there a file WT.INI in that directory ? If so, you can try to delete
it and start WT again?

Hope this helps,
