[WT-support] LPT forces transmit

Happens here too - it seems to be a characteristic of the hardware on some PCs - in my case, at least, as soon as you load a piece of software that uses the LPT port it changes to normal (off).  I just switch the Transmit switch to manual before I start my logging program.
