[WT-support] Turn OFF default 59/599 reports in Win-test

Not really true, first time you move from call field with TAB the cursor
move to 9 of the report field, but if press TAB, moving to exchange field
and TAB again moving again to the report again the cursor don't move to 9
but at the end of field ...

It's a hidden features :) ???
