[WT-support] CTY callsign exception handling --BUG--

Hi all,

just checking last things for J49Z trip
for the CQWW SSB.

I found something it seems a bug.

I was testing the new cty 1503, (but the same thing
happen also with older cty files.)

(following callsigns refers to cty 1503)
type AL7A then you get zone 01
type AL7O then you get zone 04 (exception)
then all the AL7Oxx will be given zone 04
which is WRONG.
The same happens with other calls as well.

I found something even worst:
type K4VU then you get zone 05,
which is wrong since K4VU is exception in zone 3
but if you type K4VUJ you get zone 3!!

Is this something buggy or I make some
big mistake??
