[WT-support] Telnet in Network!

I guess you mean "WtDxTelnet" (instead of "Telnet") ? Using the correct 
words always help to understand a situation.

Check your settings in the "Win-Test network properties" of WtDxTelnet 
you don't get spots from. And also the subnet mask of this machine.
