[WT-support] Win-key

Hi,

The Winkey inside EZMaster is managed as a stand alone winkey, so software
take care how to set and send chr to the embedded Winkey.
The new firmware of EZMaster fix some problems related to the delay of WK
paddle, not the managing of the speed that is a WT care.
