[WT-support] WT & OMNI VI (+)

Hello,

finally I got my OMNI VI working with WINTEST! Performing the software 
update from OMNI VI to a OMNI VI+ did the trick. Thanks for all the hints!

TenTec told me on the phone that "some timing might have been changed", 
but they kept it very vague...
As Phil, f6ify, told me, the transceiver works well when configured as 
Icom Generic. No reaction when I use OMNI VI in the setup (but I guess i 
can live with that :-)

I didn´t try the recent version yet, but I don´t expect any difference :-)

I kept my old eproms and can try the OMNI VI again with WT as soon as 
the IC-751A (which has also a slow interface and seems to suffer from 
the same problem) is working again with the SW.
