[WT-support] WtCom.dll demo

Hi all

You can find at :

a minimal demo software written in VisualC++, using WtCom.dll.

This demo displays the received SUMMARY: frames in a window, and you can 
also send a gab to the network, to demonstrate data receiving and data 
sending with WtCom.dll

The broadcast address (192.168.0.255) and the port number (9871) are 
hardcoded in CWtComDemoDlg::OpenWtNetwork().

This project is GPL-licenced.

If you write and want to share such a program in a different language 
(Delphi, VisualBasic, etc...) by using WtCom.dll, please let us know !
