A three-line batch sitting on your desktop like this one should do it :

start "D:\Program Files\Win-Test\wt.exe"
start "D:\Program Files\Win-Test\wtDxTelnet.exe"
exit

1/ Don't forget to check the "Autoconnect at startup" in the Options/Dx 
Cluster properties of WtDxTelnet if needed.
2/ In Win98, the exit command works, but it doesn't close the DOS 
window. You have to check the "close on exit" in the batch file properties.
