from EU   EA stations in EU ... .......... 2 pts
                EA8/EA9 (outside EU ) .....4 pts

from AFRICA   EA stations in EU ....4 Pts
                          ea8/ea9 in AFRICA ..2 Pts

No idea about  M/S or  M/M
