Hi all
Some of you may already submitted their WPX CW Cabrillo log, and if you
operated in single-op, you certainly got an answer from the CQWW
committee r0bot stating, for example :
(snip)
> WPX CW LOG WARNING MESSAGE REPORT FROM THE ROBOT
>
> OFFTIME: 2005-05-28 1029 2005-05-28 1159
> Line 7 was discarded. 'OFFTIME:' is not recognized as a
> valid field in a Cabrillo log file for the WPX CW Contest.

After investigation, and request to the CQWW WPX committee (namely Steve
K6AW) :
1/ Your log has been accepted. Only the OFFTIME: lines are ignored. No
need to re-submit a log.
2/ The off time periods are now computed by the WPX robot itself, from
the QSO list, during the log checking. No more need to indicate them,
contrary to the first paragraph of the 2005 (and before) rules !
3/ The "OFFTIME" keyword become thus deprecated in the Cabrillo output
for WPX contest and will be removed in a next Win-Test release.
Sorry for inconvenience and 73
