[WT-support] WT 2.16.0 available

Hello the list,

Olivier just built and uploaded the version 2.16.0 of Win-Test.

It includes the Field Day Region 1 contest for the coming week-end, the 
support of the FT-757 GX II TRX and some minor improvements and fixes 
requested by users.

- Added rig FT-757GX II

- Various bugfixes using the bandmaps for the secondary radio window.

- Run freq restore (Alt-F4) : A new method has been implemented to
   save the run freq. In the same time, this function has been
   extended to the secondary radio in advanced SO2R
   (with Shift - Alt - F4). Tnx DL6RAI.

- CQWW WPX : Band changes are now displayed for the M/2 category in
   the rate window (Alt-R). Tnx DL1MGB

- Edit keys : Ctrl-A and Ctrl-E mimics the Home and End keys.

- Log browsing : Ctrl-PgUp and Ctrl-PgDown scroll log in 24 hours

- Dupe warning : The received exchange is added to the warning text.

- IARU Field Day Rgn 1 added : Three flavours of this contest are now
   available : Generic, DARC and RSGB scorings.

   Unfortunatly, there are no well-defined Cabrillo formats for
   this contest and you must check _carefully_ the overlay category
   in the log you submit. Check with your national rules or sponsors.

- Helvetia contest : Cabrillo log format output is now compliant with
   the required definition. Tnx HB9CZF

- Zones window (Alt-Z) : The window title bar now includes the worked
   and the total zones counts. Tnx F5IN
