[WT-support] LPT1

I have just started to get WT operating and thought I would see what the CW
is like from LPT1 (yes I know I should have Win-Key connected, but I just
want to see what the LPT1 keying is like).

When I configure for CW on LPT1 I get an error message that DLPORTIO.SYS is
not loaded, and it won't work. I've tried a re-install, but no difference.

What silly mistake have I made ?
