[WT-support] New CTY.DAT and CTY_WT.DAT files

Hi all

The CTY.DAT and CTY_WT.DAT are updated (based on the 7 July 2005 
original file from AD1C) in the usual databases directory.

They will be also included in the next Win-Test releases.
