[WT-support] WT & CheckPoint VPN Client

Hello,
I just solved an issue with WT loaded on a laptop with CheckPoint 
Securemote VPN client:

WT works, WTdxTelnet works, but they are not able to communicate via 
port 9871 on the same system.

I had to un-install CheckPoint SecuRemote and reboot.

Now all works as expected.

It's not a big issue,
we can re-install SecuRemote after the contest in few minutes.
