While Olivier is working on this issue, I will focus on your other problem :

Normally, Alt-O must be totally equivalent to the RX pane of WtDxCluster 
(it's a sort of "monitoring" window). But Alt-A displays only DX spots 
according to the settings of this window (the options are available its 
the contextual menu).

To make some tests, could you be kind enough to indicate the DX cluster 
you're connected to (host name or IP, and port number) ? And please, on 
your side, try to connect to Olivier's DX cluster
