[WT-support] No CW

I have just re-installed Win-Test using Windows XP.
When I go to set up the CW port on LPT1 I get the following error message:

                   DriverLINX Port I/O Driver
                        DLPORTIO.SYS device driver not loaded.
                        Port I/O will have no effect.

Can you please tell me how to proceed from here?  Thank you.
