I just talked with F5IN, and must apologize : Win-Test doesn't use for 
now the specific coordinates for these areas (nor the timezones). Only 
the WAZ and ITU zones of the added areas are used for now. Thus, for 
now, no answer to your request. But we will work on it in a future version.
