Thanks for pointing this out. You understand I'm not very familiar with 
this contest I never took part in.

Now, I just want to be sure that the mult station from the non-EU side 
is not allowed to *SEND* QTCs (the above says "QTCs can be *collected* 
only..."). I assume it also applies for the sending.

Finally, from what I also read in the rules, there are no different 
"multi-op" categories, like the usual M/S or M/M.
