[WT-support] SO2R setup?

I guess so.  I don't find it very necessary, with the audio modes already 
afforded by the DXD.  I suppose some people would like to have a keyboard 
way to switch between Auto and PTT audio modes on the DXD, but I find the 
toggle switch just as easy ;^)
