[wt4hq] PTT Interlock experience for IARU HQ?

Hello,

first of all I would like to give a short feedback from the last 
HQ-contest with WinTest and the tunnel:
2017 the solution worked extremely fine, all stations from OE0HQ where 
perfect synchronized! So thanks again for the support with the  
HQ-version every year!

This year our team would like to do a little bit more with PTT 
interlocking via the internet.
That´s why I would like to ask, if other HQ-stations are using some 
solutions, maybe in connection with WinTest?

It would be nice, if we could share some experience.
