[wt4hq] 2015 HQ version, 4.16 Tunnel compatibility ?

Hello everybody,

I assume everyone else also started preparing for this year's
championship. Quick question: Is there anything in the pipeline that
would prevent using 4.16 for the contest ? In particular,
is the network protocol still compatible for the tunnel ?
(I see the nightly will have yet another new protocol ?)
