[wt4hq] SYNC problems

Today we made some tests with 4.8.0  and 4.12.0 and all worked well over the tunnel. So it looks like that these versions are working together.

 

But I just saw at the WT-support list some good news from Larry:

Has anybody else problems with SYNC? 

I thought it would be an issue with using 4.12 with the old tunneling software but it seem to be something else because even when trying with 4.8.0 it's still the same.
