[wt4hq] Win-Test for HQ package 2010

Hello Larry,

sorry about not having replied to you yesterday but there was a total  
blackout of DSL+TV on my apartment  and I still dont understand why. I  
waited for 4 hours for DSL and nothing. Fortunately this morning  
everything was normal. Here is what I wrote to you last night and  
didn't go through:

Yes I can see my frames and also peoples' frames, and their DSL  
provider and also when they log on but on Win-test there is no info.  
It seems info is blocked by something and doesnt go through... that  
doesnt happen with v2.2  I have the .log with me if you want to have a  
look.

I am still making the tests and I have also another question.

When for example we have 1000 qsos and for example the 80m CW logs on  
in the middle of the contest, the sync doesnt work, the only qsos that  
will show up are the latest ones... is this correct?
