[wt4hq] Win-Test for HQ package 2010

Hi

The current Win-Test for HQ free package is now available :

- wt-4.5.2-HQ.exe
- wtTunnel-1.12.exe (tunnel client compatible with any WT version >= 4.5.0)
- wtTunnelSrv-2.4

wt-4.5.2-HQ is totally compatible with any WT version >= 4.5.0 in terms 
of files and network protocol. To ease its deployment, this special HQ 
free edition doesn't require any registration.

Reminders :

- One wtDxTelnet ONLY per connected cluster per LAN
- One wtTunnel (client) ONLY per LAN
- To enable sync on the WAN, one WT must be set as bridgehead on each 
LAN (Options / Interfaces / Network advanced settings). CAUTION : One 
bridgehead per LAN is usually enough. Maybe two in case of a large LAN. 
Over these limits, the data volume on the WAN network is VERY large, and 
maybe not suitable for low connectivity (3G etc.)
