The "RestrictToLan" option in the ini file is now ignored from version
3.22.0 and newer.

The "BridgeHead=0" or "BridgeHead=1" must be used instead.

If the "BridgeHead=1" is set, this machine will exchange sync traffic
with other BridgeHead machines on the WAN (= its sync traffic will pass
thru wtTunnel 1.10).

If the "BridgeHead=0" is set, the sync traffic is limited to the LAN
(and filtered by wtTunnel 1.10).

You can chose to have one BridgeHead per LAN, but if you hv some
connectivity you can assign for example one bridgehead per band/mode if
your LAN supports several band/modes.
