Can you please help either answer my question or tell me who to contact

My question is:

We are a new Contest Group, who mainly use Wintest for the RSGB 80M Club 
Calls Contests held here in the UK.

Can we have one club license to cover all our members during these contest?
Or must each member have their own copy of the license?

How many copies of the license are we limited too?

We are currently around 8 members, most already use Wintest.
