Win-Test 3.21.1-HQ special edition is available here :

1/ This version is totally interoperable with the current 3.21.0 
"official" version. It means that you can mix in the same LAN or WAN 
those two editions.

2/ This version requires a registration with the same HQ account you had 
the previous years.

If you in charge of an HQ station not listed above, send me a PRIVATE 
email to open an account. I just need a valid email address where the 
server will automatically send the registration key.

We remind you that the callsign account CAN BE DIFFERENT of the HQ used 
(it is only a reference...). For example, PH6Q doesn't need a new 
account and can still use PA6HQ for registration.

For reference, I will shortly force the server to send your account 
numbers if you forgot them ;-)

3/ The WtTunnel client is available here :

Note that the start banner is still indicating version 1.7. It is fixed 
in our dvpt trunk but not committed yet. We'll inform you when done if 
you're picky abt that...

4/ Once everything installed on your operators PC, check the WtCom.dll 
located in your Win-Test install directory is version 2.0.3. If not, it 
is available here :

5/ The WtTunnelSrv is available here :
