Thanks to Peter/PC2A, we have now successfully connected the server and tunnel software with version 3.18 of Win-test.
For the record the problem was this:
On PC1, I was running the server software, WT 3.18 and the tunnel software.
I could PC2 logging onto the server but there was no sync activity between the logs on PC1 and PC2, nor could I see PC2 in Alt-J.
When PC3 logged onto the server, the same situation arose, however PC2 and PC3 could sync, gab and see each other in Alt-J.
The problem was obviously a connection problem between WT and the server on PC1.
I found that the 'remote Host' ID in the Tunnel software options on PC1 needed to be connected to the LOCAL IP address (192.168.0.x) and NOT the remote IP address issues by my ISP.
I hope that may help someone!

============
I have been running some tests with Pablo/EA4TX and Chris/GM3WOJ with Win-Test 3.18 and the last releases of the tunnel and server software.
So far, we have no luck in connecting - the server log recognizes the remote connection but there is no log sync and no status display.
Pablo suggested that maybe the latest version of Win-Test has a different protocol definition to the older tunnel software.
We both recall protocol changes being made in recent version of Win-test.
Is this possible?
Thanks
John G4IRN.
