[wt4hq] Win98 problem

Hello!

When I tried to run a tunnel on a Windows 98 machine and I for example 
sent out a network GAB it started to spam the network with the same gab 
message over and over again. If I write another message it will 
alternate between the two messages.

Win-Test worked UFB when just running it in the local network having a 
WinXP machine forward the network communication to the server.
