[wt4hq] Known bug in 3.11.1-hq and later

Hi all

Due to the new server code implementation, and its frames structure, the 
INVENTORY (or INV) command is dropped by WtTunnelSrv :-(

It means that this command is only usable within a LAN, and is not 
propagated across the WAN.

Adressing this issue would require a new version of the network protocol 
(or worse, a patch in the server code ;-) ), and we think it wouldn't 
reasonable to release such new versions few days only before the 
contest, mainly because this new WT version would not be compatible with 
the current installed ones.
