Actually, a v3.12.0 has been released yesterday (announced on 
[wt-support]), but there is nothing new in this release concerning the 
IARU HF, so you can still use the v3.11.0 or the 3.11.1-hq. AFAIK, the 
v3.12.0 is totally compatible with these versions, so you can mix them 
on the network.
