You can download the special "HQ" version, revision 3.11.1-HQ, from:
http://www.win-test.com/hq07/download/wt-3.11.1-HQ.exe

The registration page (dedicated to this HQ version) to be used is at:
http://www.win-test.com/hq07/keygen/

The computer code would be the same than last year. If you need to get 
your "Customer number" associated with your HQ callsign, please ask to 
info at win-test.com.

Note that you don't need to replace version 3.11.0 (or later) by this 
special HQ version if you are already an happy WT owner! This special 
version is done especially for the HQ team members who don't have a 
licence (yet!). ;)
