[Wrtc] Hint for Ctrl-S Frequency Problem

To help me understanding... Does the displayed frequency in the "Radio 
BandMap" window of WT always match the RIG display or is there also 
sometimes a 700 Hz shift?

Actually I'd like to know if this is a reading problem with the old 
FT-1000 or if the problem is in the protocol frames sent to the Mark V.

I'd be interesting to get some sniffing capture as well...
