[Wrtc] DL6FBL + DL2CC will be using WT

Hi.

Running WT on a single laptop without any stuff connected (ES5TV case):

ALT+ENTER: works (send callsign typed in callsign field into partner window)
ALT+NR: works (pick up a calsign from partner window and put it into 
callsign field)
CTRL+NR: does nothing
ALT+BACKSPACE: does nothing
