<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">First, Win-Test band maps will track all Icom radios much faster and smoother if you check the box at the bottom of the <b>Interface Configuration</b> dialog that says <b>Use CI-V Transceive</b>, but you <i>must</i> also set the radio's menu:<br></div><div class="gmail_quote"><br>IC-7300: <b>SET > Connectors > CI-V Transceive</b> to <b>ON</b><br>IC-9700: <b>SET > Connectors > CI-V > CI-V Transceive </b>to <b>ON</b><br><br>If you use any other software such as Log4OM that uses OmniRig, it will automatically set CI-V Transceive OFF every time, because OmniRig can't work well with CI-V Transceive ON, so you will have to turn it back ON manually yourself whenever you want to use Win-Test's fast native Icom CI-V Tranceive support. You can also use my Win-Test script for Icom radios called <b>IcomCIVon</b>, see <a href="https://bit.ly/wtscripts" target="_blank">https://bit.ly/wtscripts</a> in IcomScripts.zip, but I have not had time to add IC-9700 or IC-705 support yet).<br><br>If MMTTY is to do PTT or FSK keying via the IC-9700's second COM port, you cannot specify that COM port in Win-Test, as DL1DAW points out. Only one program can use each COM port.<br><br>You should <i>never</i> specify "Handshake" on any pin when using Icom radios. <p>Last Weekend i wanted to try a Setup with an Icom 9700 or 7300
and Win Test.</p>
<p>The Connection betweenn the Icom 9700 and Win Test ist over USB.
I installed correctly the Driver Firmeware für the Icom TRX, so my
Windows 10 created Two Comports.</p>
<p>With follow settings, the CAT Connection works correctly: On the
Window Radio 2 i saw correctly the Frequencie from the TRX.<br>
</p>

<p>But i didnt find the right Setting for the Comport to controll
the PTT.</p>
<p>WIth follow settings the PTT Command from WIn-Test to the RX dont
run:</p>

<p>Please can you help me:</p>
<p>Witch settings have i to do in the Icom TRX Menü an in The Win
Test Connection Settings?</p>
