<div dir="ltr">Bud,<div><br></div><div>Did you see <a href="http://lists.f5mzn.org/pipermail/support/2018-June/085962.html" target="_blank">my post from yesterday</a>? Since the .XDT file is a simple text file, and since therefore the Extra Data Window could potentially be abused (display extra information far beyond the HQ abbreviation), displaying the Extra Data window should continue to be disabled for WRTC competitors.<br><div><br></div><div>In Win-Test, the .XDT file and Extra Data window is not necessary to prefill the exchange. As long at the itu.dtb file is properly updated in the /Databases directory, Win-Test will pre-fill the HQ mult (perhaps incorrectly, if the database is wrong). It does this as soon as the complete call is correctly copied and entered by the operator.</div></div><div><br></div><div>For reference, the Extra Data window works the same way; full calls (not partials) must be entered before any information appears there. So, it offers little extra help when only used for HQ mults.</div><div><br></div><div>In sum, IMHO, the WRTC version of Win-Test needs no update unless you can find a bug regarding scoring or multiplier counting or dupe checking or similar.</div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div><div class="m_4950608929090980342gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">73,<div>Bob, N6TV</div></div></div>
